The Image Build Team consists of a core group of individuals responsible for a group of other people that are responsible for making things go from “blah” to “wow”.
 

		Mark Bodner project manager | graphic designer | writer | voiceover | proofer | idea generator | percussion With a background that started in Grade 7 designing a logo for his classmate’s lure and bait business using a 2B pencil and a sheet of loose-leaf, Mark’s varied skills have seen him do everything from host a morning radio show to stand in his underwear onstage in front of four hundred people (there really was a good reason for it, and feel free to ask him, he’s not that embarrassed about it).  He has also done some real work, and has over 15 years of graphic design experience, has written hundreds of radio commercials, launched an FM radio station, has owned a computer retail/service business for over 10 years, in addition to providing freelance marketing work for a number of companies in his spare time.  He finally decided to get serious about it, and voila….meet the Image Build Team. Mark also plays the drums really loud, because that’s really the only way to play them and firmly believes that Converse All Stars qualify as dress shoes.
		Russell Eggleston project manager | php guy | website guru | graphic design | lead guitar This guy makes things entertaining.  Really.  Even though he’s still considered a spring chicken, Russell has plenty of experience under his belt.  So much, at times he needs two belts.  Russell is the guy that understands the gobbledygook that makes websites work (PHP, CBC, PEBKAC…whatever it is), but can also make Photoshop sit up and pay attention to his whims.  In addition to his life with Image Build, Russell publishes a monthly magazine promoting the local music, arts, and entertainment scene (local if you live in Fort St. John, a little less than local if you live in Halifax), runs the website associated with the magazine, handles live sound for any number of special events and bands in the area, and still has found time to professionally record numerous local musicians in his home studio. Russell plays enough guitar to dazzle and amaze his friends, has been known to play bass for touring bands when their bassist has had too much beer to continue, and on top of it all, the ladies say he is an awesome two-stepper. He also enjoys quiet times, a glass of fine wine, and philosophical discussions about why there is a difference between a good kick drum mic and a bad kick drum mic.

		Dave Tolley Dave is the most awesome drummer (or "percussionist", if you want to get fancy) for the band Nine Mile.  He most recently has teamed up with Russell and Northern Groove.  Since he spends a good deal of his time in our office, we have made him an honorary member of the Team.  That, and he contributes many great ideas and we promise that someday we'll pay him for them, but really have no intention of ever doing so.  Please don't tell him.
